Do I need to go to the studio showroom if I want to rent a leotard?

It is not necessary, but you are more than welcome to visit us to try on various leotards, to ensure the item you want to rent fits your body the best.

Do you offer group or bulk rentals for competitions?

Yes we do! Kindly state your quantity to us when you make your booking, or whatsapp us directly at +60177707607 with your order number.

Do you offer refunds if a leotard I rented doesn't fit?

We offer full refunds if the order is cancelled within 1 working day or on the same day of booking. We also offer exchanges for leotards that do not fit you properly. Please kindly read through our Rental Agreement.

How do I pick the right size?

Are alterations allowed for leotard rental?

No. It is prohibited to alter our leotards. Although we understand that fit is an important aspect of comfort when wearing your leotard, we are unable to guarantee a perfect fit due to the uniqueness of our bodies.

How long should I order my leotard before my scheduled event?

At least 7 days (1 week) in advance, as our courier services take 3-5 days to deliver to your doorstep.

Should I need to clean the leotard I rented before returning it?

Studio M provides a standard laundry service for rented items, you do not need to wash or clean the items yourself.

What if my rental period ends on weekends or public holidays?

Please deliver the rental back to us on the next working day.
