Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please read our policy below, which outlines the refund, return, and exchange terms for our rhythmic gymnastics leotards, whether custom-made, ready-to-wear, or rented.

1. Custom-Made Leotards (Made-to-Order)

Because these leotards are handcrafted to your specific measurements and design preferences,

all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for made-to-order leotards.

2. Ready-to-Wear Leotards (In-Stock Purchases)

You may return or exchange a ready-made leotard within 7 days of delivery, provided it is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging
• Free from deodorant marks, makeup, or any damage
• Receipt and proof of purchase
  

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds (minus original shipping fees) will be processed once the item is received and inspected. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

3. Leotard Rentals

Rental bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental start date are eligible for a store credit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  
  

Rented leotards must be returned by the agreed date in good, undamaged condition. Late returns or damage will incur extra charges.

4. Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake with your order, or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We’ll make it right.
