FOR BESPOKED ORDERS:

Domestic Orders within Malaysia:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (free delivery)

 

International Orders:

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days (RM100 shipping fee)

Note: Customs clearance may cause delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.



FOR RENTALS:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (free delivery)

Express shipping/same day delivery: only available to Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley and Selangor (RM15 delivery fee)

Return Shipping: A prepaid return label is included with every order. Please drop off the package by the next business day after your event.

 

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after booking confirmation (except for Saturdays and Sundays).

You will receive your order within 3-5 business days.


Delayed Orders:

We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect delivery addresses. However, our team will do our best to assist you in tracking or resolving any issues. 

 

Questions About Rentals & Pricing

Why does the purchase price change over time?

Our prices adjust based on prior rentals to reflect usage fairly while keeping pricing transparent for all clients.

Can I buy a costume that has been rented before?

Yes. Lightly used costumes may be available for purchase at an adjusted price, depending on condition and rental history.

What does “studio archive” mean?

Studio archive pieces are well-maintained costumes reserved for rentals, showcases, or training, and are no longer offered for sale.

Are rented costumes competition-ready?

Yes. Every costume is professionally cleaned, inspected, and approved before being rented or sold.
