Park With Us Agreement

 

By engaging with our 'Park With Us' service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read and sign here.

 

1. Limits

• Studio M's 'Park With Us' service is only available in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
• You can park your leotard with us for as long as you like. Our service has no limited time duration.
• Studio M provides cleaning, and minor repairs (falling crystals, loose stitches) once the costume is returned to us.

 

2. Payment & Deposits

• In our profit-sharing service, you will earn 50% of the total rental fee.
• Studio M will handle all payments and deposits, in accordance to our Rental Agreement.
• You will be paid your share 3 business days after your leotard has been returned to us, once we have cleaned and inspected the costume for the next renter.
• Studio M will come to a mutual decision with the Leotard Owner on the value of their leotard.

 

3. Withdrawing from the 'Park With Us' Service

• You can withdraw from our service at any time.
• Kindly give us a 7-day notice in the event that you decide to withdraw from this service.
• If your leotard is being rented out when you enquire to withdraw from our service, you will have to wait for 3 days after the leotard has been returned to us for processing, cleaning and minor repairs.

 

4. Damages & Loss of Item

• If an item is returned with irreversible damage*, you will take 100% of the security deposit reserved by Studio M, as per the Rental Agreement.
• If the item is returned late, Studio M reserves the right to keep the Late Fee.

 

5. *Definition of 'Damages'

• We understand that minor wear can happen. We consider crystal loss of 30%, and tears bigger than 4cm as damaged beyond repair.

 

 

 

Studio M reserves the right to update these terms at any time. By using Studio M's rental service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
